Ingredients:
- 1 Pack of Gadre Snow Crab Leg
- Cucumber (sliced)
- Wakame (Soup-Seaweed)
- Sliced Lemon
- Sweet Vinegar
Preperation:
- Boil approx 100ml of water, add sweet vinegar.
- Slice cucumber into thin slices. Same for Lemon (only 1 is needed for Lemons)
- Cut Gadre Snow Crab Leg into half pieces.
Cook:
- Add Gadre Snow Crab Leg, cucumber and wakame into bowl
- Pour boiled vinegar-water into bowl.
- Garnish with Slice of Lemon and sesame seeds.
