Ingredients:
- 1 Pack of Gadre Long Legs specifically for Breading and Battering (For Frying)
- 1 Pack (8oz) Egg Noodles
- 2 Carrotsthin-cut
- A bundle of Scallions
- 1 Green Onion
- 2 tbsSoy Sauce, 2 tsp Sugar, 1 tsp Sesame Oil, ½ tsp Ginger (or Ginger Paste), ½ tsp hot sauce (Siracha)
- Olive Oil, and additional Vegetables to liking.
Preperation:
- Mix together Soy Sauce, Sugar, Sesame Oil, Grounded Ginger, and Hot Sauce into a bowl. Save for later.
Cook:
- Boil and cook Egg Noodles per instructions on-package. Drain.
- In Skillet, fry Gadre Long Legs for Breading and Battering(for Frying), Thin-cut Carrots, and Scallions with Olive oil.
- Mix cooked Egg Noodles and Soy Sauce mix.
- Plate and Serve.
