Ingredients:
- GADRE Snow Crab Legs
- Brioche hotdog buns
- 1 Salted Butter bar
- Thinly chopped green onions
- Thinly chopped parsley
- Smoked Paprika
- 2 tbsp Minced Garlic
- Lemon/lime (to drizzle before eating)
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- Salt
- Black pepper
Preperation / Cooking:
- In a medium size saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat and add the heavy cream.
- Add the minced garlic and stir. add 2 tbsp of smoked paprika and 2 tbsp of chopped parsley.
- Add the GADRE Snow Crab Legs in the saucepan and sauté for about 30 seconds. Remove from heat and add salt and black pepper to taste. Do not over-cook the crab.
- Toast the brioche buns in the oven. Place them onto a baking sheet and under the oven broiler for about 3 minutes, until they’re warm.
- Serve the GADRE Snow Crab Legs into each brioche bun, sprinkle some green onions on top and drizzle with fresh lemon or lime juice.
