Ingredients:
- 1 lb GADRE Snow Crab Legs (cut in desired size)
- 4 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup whole milk
- 16 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1- Tbsp. finely chopped onion
- 1- Tbsp. Cut green onions
- Salt (to taste)
- 2- 9” pie crusts (To make in less time you can buy your favorite already made pie crust)
Preperation / Cooking:
- Preheat your oven at 350 degrees F and prepare your pie crust in a baking tray.
- Combine eggs, flour, mayonnaise, and milk, in a mixing bowl and mix well.
- Add the remaining ingredients to the mixing bowl (except the GADRE Snow Crab Legs) and mix well. Set some mozzarella cheese aside (1-2 cups).
- Fold in GADRE Snow Crab Legs carefully and pour the mixture into the pie crust.
- Drizzle mozzarella cheese on top of the mix for an extra layer of crust on top of the pie.
- Bake at 350º for 50 minutes or until knife comes out clean (Poke your pie with a knife every certain time to check if it’s cooked inside. Cooking time takes about 40 minutes. Stay alert to avoid burning)
- Take out of the oven and enjoy!
