Ingredients:
- 8 oz GADRE Snow Crab Legs for recipe and 1 piece for decoration
- 1 pound elbow macaroni
- ¼ cup butter
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup Asiago Cheese
- 1 cup Romano Cheese
- 2 cups mild yellow Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup extra sharp white Cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Chopped Parsley to taste
Preperation / Cooking:
- Cook the elbow macaroni in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain well.
- In a medium saucepan melt butter and whisk in flour. Cook and stir for several minutes until bubbling.
- Whisk in milk and cream and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened and smooth.
- Remove from heat and add the cheeses, some salt to taste and add in the drained macaroni.
- Slice diagonally the GADRE Snow Crab Legs on a cutting board and gently add and stir them into the macaroni cheese mix.
- Serve on a bowl and sprinkle some parmesan cheese and parsley on top. Cut in half a piece of GADRE Snow Crab Leg and place on top for garnish.
