Ingredients:
- 1 pack of Gadre Snow Crab Legs
- 4 eggs (or to liking)
- Four (or however many) heatable soup cups.
- Starch or similar binding agent.
Preperation:
- Crack and beat eggs in bowl, salt and pepper to taste.
- Heat pot of water and bring to boil, let simmer.
- Slice Gadre Snow Crab Legs and add it to the beaten eggs mix, mix with water and binding agent into heatable cup.
Cook:
- Once water is to boil and simmering, place egg filled cups into water and cover (either the pot or individual cups).
- Let heat for 7-9 minutes or until hardening has started.
- Take out and cool for 2 minutes.
- Serve.
