Hindustan Unilever (HUL) has decided to exit its specialized marine exports business and sell its Chorward-based unit to Gadre Marine Exports, a leading exporter of marine products headquartered in Ratnagiri in Maharashtra.

Gadre Marine Europe is moving from a collective office building in Groningen to a production facility in Leens.
The latest chapter in the innovative history of Gadre Marine Export PVT. LTD., is establishing an European sales-office based in the northern part of the Netherlands, Groningen: Gadre Marine Europe BV.
Up until now we were supplying customers worldwide on a container basis, which were shipped from our factory in India. In order to provide an extra service to the existing European customers and to target a new segment on the European market, Gadre Marine Export founded Gadre Marine Europe.
