Ingredients:
- 4 oz GADRE Snow Crab Leg
- 4 oz Dice cut Tuna
- 3 oz Edamame
- 3 oz Dice cut avocado
- 3 oz thinly sliced cucumber
- Furikake
- 3 oz Diced Mango
- Sushi Rice/ Steamed Rice/ Spring Salad Mix
- 3 tablespoons of Ponzu sauce
- 3 tablespoons of sesame oil
- Salt to taste
- Green Onion for garnish
Preperation / Cooking:
- In a bowl, serve rice halfway. For a lighter option you can replace rice with Spring Salad Mix.
- In a separate bowl mix the ponzu sauce, sesame oil and add salt to taste.
- Sprinkle some furikake on top of the rice and add 1 tbsp of the poke sauce mix.
- Add the tuna to the remaining sauce mix and stir.
- Place the Edamame, Dice cut avocado, sliced cucumber and Mango on top of the rice. Add the tuna without adding all the sauce in the mixing bowl.
- Slice diagonally in half the GADRE Snow Crab Legs on a cutting board and add and stir them into the remaining sauce mix.
- Add the poke GADRE Snow Crab Leg on top of the other ingredients and pour the remaining sauce on top of it.
- Garnish with chopped or thinly sliced green onions.
