Ingredients:
- 1 Pack of Gadre Snow Crab Leg.
- Head of Lettuce.
- Green Onion.
- Red Pickles
- 1 Pack of Kimchi
- 1 pack of Rice Noodles
- Canola Oil for Rice Noodles
Preperation:
- Break Lettuce into hand-sized pieces.
- Dice Green Onion into preferred size.
- Cut pieces of Gadre Snow Crab Leg into ¼ inch pieces.
- Place Rice Noodles (See Cooking section), Kimchi, Green Onions in individual bowls.
- If plating; Place lettuce wrap and fill in the following order: Rice Noodles, Gadre Snow Crab Leg, Kimchi or Red Pickle, Green Onion.
- If Buffet Style; Plate everything individually and serve under shade, use ice underneath lettuce to keep its shape.
Cook:
- Quickly fry Rice Noodles in pan with thin layer of Canola Oil.
- Set Aside until time to serve.
