Ingredients:
- 1 pack of Gadre Fish Balls or (Gadre Crab Shreds and Gadre Fishcake)
- Corn flour or starch
- Sweet and Sour Sauce or similar
- Canola Oil (for cooking)
- Green Onion (add any vegetables to liking)
Preperation / Cooking:
- Mince Gadre Fish Balls or Gadre Crab Shreds and Gadre Fishcake.
- Mince any additional vegetables.
- Mix minced ingredients in bowl.“Punch” mixture to let air out.
- Add Flour or Corn Starch as necessary.
- Let sit and refrigerate (1 hour ~ overnight).
- Scoop with favorable utensil, enough mixture to roll into pieces that will fit in Pot.
- Preheat Pot with Canola Oil to 375 degrees (175 Celsius).
- Fry for 1-2 minutes or until surface is golden brown.
- Mix fried Fish Balls in bowl with Sweet and Sour Sauce
- Plate and Serve.
