Ingredients:
- 1 Pack of Gadre Chikuwa
- 1/4th lb Ground Protein (pork pictured)
- Cherry Tomato
- Cilantro or similar
- 2 Stokes of Scallion
- 2 tbs of Chili Paste
- Sesame Oil
Preperation:
- Cut Gadre Chikuwa in half (on its side).
- Cut Scallions to small pieces.
- Thinly slice Cherry Tomatoes.
- Season Choice of Protein with salt and pepper.
Cook:
- Heat pan with sesame oil.
- Add Protein and fully cook.
- Remove protein, save some oil in pan and clean pan.
- Lightly add sesame oil and cook Gadre Chikuwa.
- Plate Gadre Chikuwa and protein on top.
- Garnish to taste.
